Could you provide more information to proceed? Without the requested information it is difficult to assist you resolve the issue. 

 Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

my complaint is that when I try to open images I made with my own Nikon 30 years ago of my own art work, it says “ This image has Content Credentials that indicate it can't be used with generative AI features”
