Question

Copying files from institutional account to personal account

I have a Pro subscription on my personal account but only free/limited access on my institutional account. I am trying to copy my files/projects to the former from the latter through multiple methods but have not been successful. Any advice/solutions welcome, thanks in advance!

I can't work from scratch as the visuals look very different and I am partial to the ones I started with.

Hmm, the most effective way I can think of is the solution that's been suggested here:

"Share a link to a Firefly-generated image

You can copy a link to an image generated in Firefly’s Text to Image module and share the link with individuals or on social media. Recipients will be able to view your image in a web browser, along with your prompt and other inputs, even if they don’t have an Adobe Creative Cloud account. If they do sign in with an Adobe ID they’ll be able to use your prompts and inputs to generate their own images."

By the way, if you're not aware, you can see the history of your Firefly generations here, you can select the first one, shift-click the last one, if you want to download them all aty once: https://firefly.adobe.com/files?tab=generationHistory

I'm sure if any other expert/designer has any ideas, they'll share, hope this helps!

Thank you for your response. Sharing, especially in a way that will retain the prompts and look for further generation, does not seem to be an option for the Video module.

Downloading only downloads the finished video. I've even tried using its first frame as a starting point for new generation but that still does not work. Essentially, I am looking for a way to carry over my work files from one account to the other.

Hopefully Adobe can introduce a feature that can allow migrating project files from one account to another. Even a 'collaboration' feature would allow me to use my other account to make additions/changes to the existing project.

Hmm, I understand, let's see if any other expert/designer have any opinions/suggestions. I'd think it'd be possible with "seeds" but honestly haven't looked into them. If you haven't tried contacting support, it can be another option: https://helpx.adobe.com/support/firefly.html
