Creative video upscaling does not work, aborts with error

Everytime I try to upscale an 18s video to 4k with the setting "creative" I get an error "Something went wrong, please try again later". I tried yesterday evening and this morning. With "precise" the upscaling works.

I think I figured it out. I found the information that Topaz Astra creative mode is generally limited to 450 frames. My video was more than 18 seconds at 30fps. So I shortened my video to 14 seconds and then it successfully upscaled in creative mode.

But it would be great to have that information available instead of getting a generic, very unhelpful error message. I could have tried many times more without any other outcome, following the “Please try again later” recommendation.

The video was exported from Adobe Premiere Pro. But I can’t imagine it’s the video, because upscaling 4k in the “precise” mode for exactly that video worked just fine. Or are the video requirements/limits for that mode different? Does it need to be shorter?
