Credit deduction error – Ray video generations not delivered

Hi, I purchased additional credits to generate 4K Ray videos. I only ran two generations successfully. A third attempt returned "Unavailable" and no video was generated, yet the credits were still deducted.

My remaining credits balance is now incorrect, and I was charged for attempts that failed due to API/platform unavailability — not because of anything on my side.

Could you please review my account and restore the credits for the failed/unavailable generations?
I did not receive any output, so the deduction should not apply.

Same thing happened to me last week. I lost 1500 credits!!!
