I have my subscription and 964/1000 monthly credit. still the firefly says there no sufficient credit and takes me to the page of credit purchase. why this is happening. can you fix this?

Sorry to hear that. Are you trying the text-to-video feature? If so, please know Creative Cloud plans do not currently include premium generative AI features (text to video feature), but Adobe is providing some free access for a set number of premium feature generations (2 free video generations and 40 seconds of translation). To generate more than what is currently included, beyond free generations, you can add on a Firefly Standard or Pro plan.
