The credit purchase window appears, but only the window opens and the contents are not visible.

There is no flash window as shown in the following picture. I subscribed twice, but I can't cancel one I want to cancel the free trial, but why isn't the window showing up?

Thank you for your message.

Can you try doing a hard refresh of your browser window by pressing <SHIFT> and the reload button? If that does not work, can you try another browser as a test and see if it works there?
