Credit refunds please

when hitting thumbs down for a video generation and providing feedback, the 'submit' button is greyed out regardless of selections or notes entered. some have been so far from what was prompted that I want to request credits back as they were essentially wasted. but your platform will not allow direct feedback connected to the content..

I simply cannot provide feedback that is attached to generated content due to a greyed out submit button. I especially want to do this in an attempt to gain the wasted credits back
