Question

credit resets

Hi,
I was just looking at my credit usage and noticed that that my credits are set to reset on Feb 12th. I just purchased on Feb 3. I’ve hardly used anything yet. If it resets to the full amount on the 12th until march 3rd that’s OK but I don’t understand. Afraid it will just reset with nothing available for the next month.

    Hi barbBdoll,

Thanks for checking in about this.

Your total of 4,275 generative credits suggests that you have more than one Adobe plan active. One of your plans includes 4,000 credits, and the remaining 275 come from another plan(s) on your account.

Because of that, the reset date you’re seeing isn’t tied to the Firefly plan you purchased on February 3rd, it’s coming from the other plan(s). Each plan has its own billing cycle, so the system shows the upcoming reset date for the plan that renews on February 12th.

If anything still feels off, feel free to share more details and we’ll help you sort it out.

OK yes, I see that now, I must get a some credits with my photoshop plan?  I feel like I’m double paying somewhere but CC doesn’t make it easy to figure out. I have a separate PS plan, but I only use PS desk top app out of that plan. My understanding for the Firefly plan, it’s not the PS APP. Is there someone, other than here, I can have help sort it out?

That’s correct barbBdoll,  your Photoshop plan does include a monthly allotment of generative credits. Depending on the specific plan, this can range anywhere from about 25 to 100 credits each month.

Your Firefly plan is separate from Photoshop, and each one provides its own set of features and credits. If you’d like to compare what each plan offers, here’s a helpful overview. And of course, you’re always welcome to ask us here if you want help sorting out what you’re paying for. If you prefer to speak with someone directly, Adobe Support can also walk you through your plans in detail.

Hope this clears things up a bit.
