Credit will be deducted even though there was an error during video creation. Please fix the problem

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Just to clarify how credits work on Firefly: credits are deducted as soon as you click Generate, but if the generation fails with an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance.

If you’re certain that some credits were not restored after a failed generation, please double‑check the completion of the generation by going to Your Stuff > Generation History. This page shows completed generations.
 

If you still don’t see the generation listed and your credits haven’t been restored, let us know so we can look into it further.
