CREDITI SOTTRATTI SENZA RISULTATO

Dear Support Team,

I noticed that part of my credits have been restored, however not all of
them.

I had attempted to generate two videos, and both generations failed. The
error message indicated a malfunction of your model, as shown in the
screenshot attached.

Since the issue was caused by a problem with your system and not by my
actions, I kindly ask you to verify the situation and restore the remaining
credits as well.
