Hello @paucha,

Thank you for your message.

I am not sure that I completely understand your question. Are you saying you used all 6,000 of your credits but today you logged in and see you have 2,000?

If that is your question, I think I know what happened.

There are no current plans which give you 6,000 credits per month, so I believe you are getting credits from two different plans, likely Creative Cloud Pro and Firefly Standard or 2,000 credits add on.  If you have those two plans, the credits on plans refresh on the anniversary date of the plan. So, for example, the anniversary date for Create cloud pro might be the 10th day of the month and the 2,000 credit add on might be the 18th day of the month. However many credits you have on the morning of the 18th, up to 2,000 credits would added (it could be less than 2,000 credits if you had not used all 2,000 credits that month).

You can see the aniversary dates of your plans on accounts.adobe.com/plans and look at the month and year of the next scheduled credit card charge.

I hope this is not too confusing. Please feel free to ask more questions if this does not make sense.

My best,
