I have 1000 credits in my account but cant access Firefi without purchasing it.  Am i missing something?

Sorry to hear that. Do you see any error or messages? Are you trying Text to Video feature? If so, please know that. Creative Cloud plans do not currently include premium generative AI features, but Adobe is providing some free access for a set number of premium feature generations (2 free video generations and 40 seconds of translation). To generate more than what is currently included, beyond free generations, you can add on a Firefly Standard or Pro plan.
