Credits and Membership bug

I have a standard membership meaning I have unlimited access to standard image generation. I have been on 0 credits for a while and still been able to generate standard images however today, out of nowhere, I am unable to generate standard images due to the error of having 'insufficient credits' even though credits should be irrelevant because of my unlimited access to standard images generation. Even after trying online, re-installing the application, restoring purchases or restarting my device the issue is still there.

Your account shows a total of 750 credits used to generate images.

I had 2000 credits and they disappeared in an instant

Hello, I am reaching out again on here because the chat bot which you have referred me to seems to be unable to reply to anything I say and is just stuck in a loop of infinite thinking every time even after multiple attempts. 

To answer the question above, my account started on 750 credits which I have used and then after reaching 0 credits I was unable to use the premium image generation however was still able to generate standard images as my membership covers unlimited access to standard image generation. After about a week and a half of using standard image generation every day while still on 0 credits my standard image generation has stopped working due to 'insufficient credits'. I have had this come up a few times during the week and a half period and was able to resolve this bug through the 'restore purchases' button in my account settings, however now the button is unable to resolve the issue now and when I try to generate an image using standard features it  comes up with 'insufficient credits'.
