I used up my credits trying to get a video that was usable, a lot of the videos had either limbs missing or were just not what were needed and so were not downloaded.
Is there any way I can get more credits as I did not download the vast majority of the videos that were generated as they were not fit for purpose?

I'm sorry to hear that. Firefly has limitations in creating faces and bodies. Credit is consumed on the basis of generation, not download. Your credits will be added to your credit cycle date, as there is no option to add credits before your credit cycle.
