Credits suddenly changed!

Yesterday my account had 1000 credits of which I had used about a quarter. Today, suddenly, I have only 250 credits of which none are left! Seriously unimpressed but at least I am forced to dump Firefly and try something else.
When will Firefly credits be topped up please?
