Credits werden abgebucht, "Dein Video wird generiert..." erscheint und dann passiert ... NICHTS!!!

Moin,

ich versuche Mal wieder ein Video aus einem Bild zu geneieren. Leider passiert wie oben beschrieben nichts, abgesehen davon, dass meine Credits abgebucht werden.
 

Nach ca. einer halben Stund bricht Firefly ab und ich bin wieder am Ausgangspunkt. Ohne Video, aber 150 Credits ärmer.

Pika 2.2, 720p, Quadratisch, 5 Sekunden. Mac OS 26.2, Safari, Mac Mini M4

    We’ve started seeing similar reports from other users, and we’ve already escalated the issue to the appropriate teams for review.
     

    If you’re open to sharing a bit more information, it would really help us understand what might be causing the error.

    • Are you able to preview the generation in Your Stuff > Generation history? 
    • If it appears there, can you download it or open it in a new tab. 
    • When the loading stopped, did you see a video frame, or did an error message appear.

    Any extra detail you can provide will help us get to the bottom of this faster.

    Hello Hajar,
    thanx for responding.

    Unfortunately, I don't see any movie files under “My Stuff.”

    As I already wrote, the attempt failed without further comments or results – no video frame, no error message. 😐

    Tried it three times.
