Custom Models Access

After 3 months, we are still trying to get access to Custom Models and information on pricing.  We've gone through 3 different sales teams and no one seems to have approval to grant this.  Anyone have any ideas?

Hello @jeff_7125,

 

You did not say which sales teams you talked to, but the custom models is only available with enterprise plans (enterprise is generally 100+ users). Are you speaking to an enterprise sales team? Are you on an enterprise plan?

You probably are familiar with Adobe's Pricing. The pricing is essentially the same different prices for individuals, businesses, and universities & colleges.
