hola, estuve descargando archivos y me quedaron dos pensando y no se me genero ningun video ... te mando pantallazos.
Que hago en esos casos...

Waiting and not knowin is frustrating.
Honestly there is nothing you can do besides wait. You are also using a Partner model. The partner models are not part of the Adobe Ecosystem. Rather Adobe and the partners have consolidated their models on one platform.
