When you say it fails, what do you mean? Do you mean you get an error or it is not generating what you are asking for?

We can better help you if you show examples. If you are getting an error, please show a screen shot with the full browser window with the error showing.

If it is not generating what you are asking for, can you please reply with the following information:
• What video model, length and resolution did you select?
• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
• The full prompt you were using.
• A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.
