I can't
cancel subscriptions
because I don't have a plan. money was taken from my account. this deception

If you hadn't subscribed, Adobe wouldn't have your credit card number...

Just to add, when you go to the Adobe Customer Care (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html) and start a chat, type in 'real agent' to ensure you get a person rather than a bot.
