Desde hace algunas semanas, inntento generar imágenes con adobe firefly y no me da resultado, me dice que no tengo acceso

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

You appear to be an enterprise Adobe user. The local Adobe Enterprise administrator in your organisation can turn access to Adobe Firefly on or off for any (or all) users. You need to contact that person in your organisation and ask them to turn on your access to Firefly. If you are not sure who that person is, probably start with your Information Technology Department.
