Change the monkey that comes up when something can’t be loaded. I don’t even care if my picture or video can’t load, the monkey’s appearance just pisses me off. It annoys me so much that I'm more than willing to unsub from my new Pro plan if it isn’t changed because it genuinely enrages me to see the monkey pop up.

Yes, I agree the monkey is frustrating.
After getting a new plan, log out of the creative cloud app to reset the functions of Firefly. Log out then back in to the Creative Cloud App, after you get a new subscription or change subscription.
