Discord sign-in issue

I already have a discord account for Midjourney and for a Patreon membership discussion area. When I put in my email for firefly (the same email that I use both on my Adobe account and on Discord, I get the error message that this email already exists--but it won't let me continue. What am I supposed to do here?
