      We’d like to look into it more closely. Could you tell us what you were seeing on your screen at that moment. Did an error message appear. If you can share a screenshot, that would be really helpful.
       

      We’d also love to know if you can check Your Stuff > Generation history and see whether a preview of that generation shows up there or not.
