Disformation end up in Firefly video

• So I'm learning how to use Firefly and to get started and practice this is the prompt I used:

Pilot entering a single engine plane and starting the engine. On the end of a runway in Alaska setting with blue sky and puffy clouds

The image appears with a female pilot walking toward the airplane as she bends down she generates disformed knee and sticks it in the door. The airplane itself has a *****

Whats going on?  How can I even get beyond this?? I don't even want to continue learning how to use this.
