Does Adobe Firefly Offer 24-Hour Unlimited AI Video Generation?

Hi everyone,

I recently received access to an Adobe account that appeared to offer unlimited AI video generation in Adobe Firefly for exactly 24 hours.

During that period, I was able to use the video generation feature with what appeared to be unlimited access. However, I haven't been able to find any official information about a 24-hour unlimited generation plan or promotion on Adobe's website.

I'd like to clarify a few things:

  1. Has Adobe ever offered a 24-hour unlimited AI video generation promotion, trial, or temporary access program?

  2. Could this be a limited-time promotion, an account-specific benefit, or access to a beta or experimental feature?

  3. If no such offer officially exists, could this have been an unintended entitlement or a technical issue?

  4. Is there an official page or announcement where I can find more information about this type of access?

I'd especially appreciate it if an Adobe employee or Community Expert could clarify whether this is an official Adobe offer.

I'm not trying to bypass any subscription restrictions. I simply want to understand how this access works and whether there is a legitimate way to obtain it.

    It could be a “secret” experiment by an Adobe team.
    Those things can happen in stealth mode.

    Could be. But I can’t imagine anyone pulling a 24-hour sleepless shift just to take full advantage of such an offer. :)

    Never heard of such a promotion myself. Typically, promotional offers from Adobe are for unlimited access to specific AI image or video models that last for a few weeks or a few months.

    I understand that Adobe's official unlimited-generation promotions typically last for a few weeks or months.

    However, in my case, I was able to generate more than 200 videos using Seedance 2.5 in a single day on the shared Adobe account.

    I'm trying to understand how this was possible and whether there are any specific account requirements, subscription plans, or other conditions that would allow someone to access this level of video generation.

    Could you please let me know what information I would need to provide to help identify how this access was enabled? For example, would the subscription plan, account details, or screenshots of the Firefly interface help clarify the situation?

    I'd really appreciate any guidance on how to investigate this further, or whether an Adobe employee could look into it.
