Downloading my Firefly videos from previous account

So just before our account was due to renew, I created a few AI-generated video clips in Firefly.

However my wife realized that she could get us an education discount, so we created a new account.

However I forgot I had yet to download the video clips from the old login. It was only a day or two that I made the Firefly videos, but when I log into Firefly with my old credentials, the videos seem to be inaccessible.

These videos were generated with credits that were already bought and paid for.  How can I download them?
