due to an network issue some of my credits were detected for failed attempts of generations.
The Issue:
While using Firefly on an active plan (purchased via Airtel Thanks), I encountered multiple "Network Error / Please try again later" messages during generation. Despite the network returning, the failed attempts never produced images in my "Generation History," yet my Generative Credits were deducted. I now have a zero balance despite having far fewer than my allotted images generated.
Support Experience:
I contacted a support agent named Shelly, who claimed "Adobe doesn't keep track or records of credits" and that I had simply used them all. The agent then ended the chat abruptly without addressing the technical glitch or the billing discrepancy.
Request:
I am requesting a manual audit of my account's credit usage vs. successful generations and a restoration of the lost credits. As a doctor who relies on clear communication, being told "no records exist" for a paid digital currency is unacceptable.
