Duplicate Firefly Standard subscriptions – request to merge or cancel
Hello Adobe Support,
I noticed that I currently have two active Adobe Firefly Standard plans on my account:
- One with a billing date of October 5, 2025
- One purchased today, with a billing date of October 10, 2025
I only intended to have one subscription. It seems I mistakenly purchased a second plan, thinking it would add more credits or features to my existing plan.
Unfortunately, Firefly is not functioning correctly – despite the payment being processed, I am unable to use key features such as video generation or editing.
Could you please:
- Merge both subscriptions, or
- Cancel one and move the credits to the other, or
- Issue a refund for the duplicate subscription?
I urgently need this resolved as I rely on Firefly for my creative work.
