During the AI-generation of a video using Kling 3.0 I submit the first frame for it and the prompt. The AI starts to generate the video, but after couple minutes it gives out an error, saying it is unable to download or show the created video. No credits are spent on the unsuccessful attempts. The problem is staying for 4 days now.

    Hi VadymB,
Thanks for reaching out about this.

When you get the error “You can edit and try again.” it usually means that your prompt or reference image contains something that doesn’t align with the AI user guidelines, In those cases, the filter stops the generation until the prompt or image is adjusted to meet the guidelines.

If you’re unsure what might be causing the issue, you’re welcome to share your prompt or reference image in a zip file (to maintain the image’s details), and we’ll be happy to look at it, and suggest the best way to get the results you want. We're here to help.

Hello @Hajar Toutsi , I am currently facing the same issue. I am trying to replace a product with an updated one with a video adv. And contrary to what you are saying, 2 generations worked and the rest not. And i tried with the same video, reference images and prompt but i am not getting any generation from it. Please find attached a clip fo the video, the desired replacement product and the prompt that was used. In addition I have also added the one of the videos that was generated before it stopped working.

Thanks for all the details! Do you have enough credits available to do what you're trying to do? When you say you aren't getting any generation, what does that mean?
