During generation of a video using Kling 3.0 the app given an error that says "Unable to download", not showing the generated video. The error keeps showing up for the last 4 days.

During the AI-generation of a video using Kling 3.0 I submit the first frame for it and the prompt. The AI starts to generate the video, but after couple minutes it gives out an error, saying it is unable to download or show the created video. No credits are spent on the unsuccessful attempts. The problem is staying for 4 days now.

    When you get the error “You can edit and try again.” it usually means that your prompt or reference image contains something that doesn’t align with the AI user guidelines, In those cases, the filter stops the generation until the prompt or image is adjusted to meet the guidelines.

    If you’re unsure what might be causing the issue, you’re welcome to share your prompt or reference image in a zip file (to maintain the image’s details), and we’ll be happy to look at it, and suggest the best way to get the results you want. We're here to help.
