Betreff: Eingeschränkte Nutzung trotz Creative Cloud Abo – KI-Restriktionen behindern kreativen Workflow

Sehr geehrtes Adobe-Team,

ich nutze Adobe Creative Cloud aktiv und zahle monatlich für den vollen Zugriff auf Ihre Tools – unter anderem auch wegen der beworbenen KI-Funktionen wie Adobe Firefly.

Leider musste ich feststellen, dass meine kreativen Prompts bei Firefly regelmäßig blockiert werden – obwohl sie eindeutig in einen künstlerischen, symbolischen oder erzählerischen Kontext eingebettet sind.

Ein konkretes Beispiel:
Ich versuchte, aus zwei hochgeladenen Charakterporträts eine Transformation darzustellen – von einer düsteren Gestalt zu einem freundlichen Kind, begleitet von einer visuellen Rauch- oder Lichtauflösung. Der Prompt wurde mit dem Hinweis auf Richtlinien abgelehnt, obwohl keine Gewalt, kein Hassmotiv oder unangemessener Inhalt vorliegt. Es handelt sich um eine klassische Licht-und-Schatten-Metapher, wie sie in der Kunst häufig vorkommt.

Ich verstehe, dass automatisierte Systeme Inhalte filtern sollen. Doch als zahlender Nutzer erwarte ich die Möglichkeit, meine künstlerische Vision zumindest im Rahmen transparenter und nachvollziehbarer Regeln umsetzen zu können.

Daher bitte ich um:

  1. Eine konkrete Erklärung, warum solche Prompts gesperrt werden

  2. Eine Möglichkeit, kreative Prompts im Einzelfall freizugeben oder zu prüfen

  3. Einen Hinweis, wie ich innerhalb der Plattform meine Ideen trotzdem technisch umsetzen kann, ohne gegen Ihre Richtlinien zu verstoßen

Kreativität lebt von Kontrasten, Symbolik und Wandlung – genau das möchten viele Künstler mit Ihren Tools realisieren. Ich hoffe sehr, dass Adobe diesen Anspruch weiterhin unterstützt und nicht durch zu enge Filter beschneidet.

    Thank you for your message. 

     

    Based on your description, it appears you are using image to video and one of the keyframes you are uploading contains a child. It is a current restriction in the model to not generate videos from keyframes that it believes contain a child. That is likely the reason you are getting the error. If you upload the image here, I can verify to be sure.

    Thank you for your explanation.

    I understand that current model restrictions are intended to prevent misuse, especially when it comes to child imagery. However,

    in this case, the image in question is a stylized fantasy illustration — part of a broader creative narrative, not a real depiction of a child.

    As a paying Creative Cloud customer, I find it frustrating that a tool intended to enhance creativity is blocking artistic expression based
    on unclear or overly cautious filters. When even symbolic or mythical visuals are restricted, it becomes increasingly
    difficult to rely on Firefly for professional concept development.

    I fully support the importance of ethical guidelines, but I’d appreciate a clearer, more nuanced
    approach — perhaps with manual review options or context-sensitive overrides in the future.
