Thanks for sharing that screenshot! I completely understand how frustrating it can be to get stuck on a black loading screen.

To help us figure out exactly what's going on, could you share a little more information?

• How long has the generation been loading? Sometimes it just takes a bit of extra processing time, but knowing exactly how long you have been waiting will help us troubleshoot.

• Can you check your Generation History? Please take a look at the Generation History tab (located on the right side of your canvas) and confirm what you see. This tab is dedicated to saving all files generated within that specific board, so your image might have successfully finished and populated there.

• Could you share the link to your board? This will allow us to look into the issue directly. To do this, click Share on your Board, go to Settings, select "Anyone with the link", and ensure the Recipient act as option is set to "Editor". If you would prefer not to share the link publicly, you can also send it to us via direct message (DM) instead
