Meaning a company which uses Firefly can be assured that when their employees generate images, the company will not end up being liable for generations which have copyright or trademark issues. To ensure that images are commercially safe, the model will not generate videos from images that contain the likeness of famous people. Other AI image and video generators do not claim they are commercially safe and they might let you generate using the likeness of famous people.
