Error in Adobe Firefly

Hi! I get an error every time I try to generate an image in Adobe Firefly. The prompt is fine, no policy violations. I've tried refreshing, logging out and back in, and using a different browser — nothing helps. The error appears right after clicking Generate. Please help. I need generate pictures for my work 🙏🏼

• Does the issue occur with other models, or only with Gemini 3.1 (w/ Nano Banana 2)?

• Can you share a screenshot of your credit balance? (Go to your account menu in the top‑right corner of the page) Please be sure to hide your email.
