error! in the middle of a chat / work an error makes it impossible to go on. this happens every day!

that happens every day now! in the middle of a chat this error occurs. and no, nothing helped: no restart, no deleting browser cache , no other browser (firefox, chrome), nothing. this kills my workflow, my nerves and much worse: hours of my lifetime!!!!!!!!!!! and the so called support is no helpat all! i am very very disappointed about adobe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and angry. as you can see. (browser: safari, osx: tahoe 26.5)

    I have escalated this further. 

    Are you an enterprise user? or do you have a personal plan?
    What models are you using? Is it happening w specific models or just one?

    This is very frustrating. You paid for a tool and you want it to work. Nothing helps and that is even more frustrating.

    Could you kindly make a video of your workflow? A video is going to help uncover what is happening. A video is going to help us replicate any issues.

    hi there. i can´t take a video, because it is work for a client. but i can tell you, that i already have started the 9th chat. every other one ended out of nowhere while chatting with the ai assistant with this error: the problem is, that all i worked on in the chat for hours i can´t use in the next chat. i have to copy all of it. i know it is still beta but it has already killed hours of my lifetime...
