error in uploading images in Boards

Hi Kartika, thank you for looking into this — here's the info you requested for my case:

1. Reference image: I'm hitting this on Firefly Boards specifically — clicking the image upload icon, then selecting "Your device" from the menu does nothing. No file picker opens and no error is shown on screen. (Screenshot attached.)
2. Browser & OS: Windows. I've reproduced this in more than one browser, so it doesn't appear to be browser-specific.
3. I can send a screen recording too if it's still helpful, but in the meantime I checked the browser console (DevTools) at the moment of clicking "Your device", and found this error, which may help narrow it down faster:

Uncaught (in promise) Error: Error uploading file: this._window._cio.track is not a function
at E.uploadFromDevice
at g._handleUploadClick

This suggests the upload click handler is throwing when it tries to call an analytics/tracking function (_cio.track, likely Customer.io) before it ever reaches the code that opens the native file picker — so the whole upload flow aborts silently with no visible error.
