Error "Something went wrong" when generating vector in Adobe Firefly

Hi everyone,

I encountered an issue while trying to generate a in Adobe Firefly. The generation process suddenly stopped and displayed the message “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

Here are the details:

• Prompt used:
  A vector flat design illustration showing a UX user flow diagram with connected wireframe screens, arrows, and icons, bright white background, accent colors blue and yellow, concept of user journey mapping and prototyping.

• Style: Flat Design

• Browser: Chrome (also tried Edge — same issue)

• Operating System: Windows 10 

I have already tried:

• Clearing browser cache and cookies

• Switching to another browser

• Logging out and logging back in

• Refreshing the page

But the same error still appears every time I try to generate a vector

Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
