Error while using images to video problem

I already took a plan for videos but again asking subscription why

Hi @prashanth_0053,

 

You need to have sufficient credits to generate a video. You can check how many credits you have remaining by clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner of a Firefly page:

 

If you do not have sufficient credits for the generartion you are attempting, you would get the message you are seeing.

 

If you have sufficient credits and it is generating that message, then please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address, and post that screenshot here.

i have purchased monthly subscription plan but I'm not able to generate video with images

Hi @prashanth_0053,

 

If you look at the box in the upper right corner, it says you have 0 of 2010 credits remaining. You are out of credits until your credits refresh at the end of your month, which is the anniversary date of when you purchased your plan.

@prashanth_0053 What specific plan are you subscribed to and what feature are you trying to access? 

Depending on your plan (how many credits you have per month) and the Firefly option you used, you may have already used  your alloted credits or are trying to access a feature that is not available based on your plan.
