• Are you still within your paid billing period, or has your subscription already ended?
• What do you see when you try to generate videos? Please share a full screenshot.
• Do you still have credits remaining ? You’ll find your balance info under your Account icon in the top right of the Firefly page. (Just make sure to cover any personal info like your email before posting.)

This will help confirm whether the issue is related to subscription status, credits, or something else.
