Eu não entendo o porque eu pego os 7 dias de graça, eu consigo gerar imagens e nunca consigo gerar video, o que é isso?

Can you please share a screenshot of the message you’re seeing when you try to generate a video, along with another screenshot of your Account menu (accessible by clicking your avatar icon in the top‑right corner of the page). Be sure to hide your email address before sending.

Depending on the model you are using, you may not have enough credits to do the required video rendering.
 

At the bottom right of the screen you will see how many credits are required to generate an image or video.
 

Under your Avatar you can see how many credits you have available.
