Question

Everytime I start to do something in firefly board I'v got this issue

Hi, I cant use firefly board at all. If I try to put a text, or shape or insert a picture I see this error UUID: 54236236-8b3c-4449-ac68-24fa7c11e58b . I've tried to log out , different browser, clear cache. I'm using mac os with chrome browser. Could you please help ? thank you

thanks for your reply, I tried different browser and I've got sme issue. Do I need some extra credits ? I have education license with the 4000 credits

Thanks for writing. Once you're on the boards, could you try signing out and then signing back into your account?

As I wrote in the first message, I tried all of that already. Another browser, log out, clear cache. Any other ideas, please?
