Question

excessive credit use given my generation history. Thousands of credits used but only a couple of videos and some audio generated. Please supply a breakdown of credit usage to help identify issue

Thousands of credits have been taken from my balance but when I review my generation history for this month there’s no way I could have used that much.

Most of my generation has been for audio (79 music clips < 1min, 26 speech clips <1 min, 4 SFX clips) and 3 videos (100 credits each). However Firefly claims I've used 5,540 credit on that. Which can't be right.

I did try out using the colour change tool in Adobe Stock but was under the impression that that didn't count towards my credit usage and it never actually worked anyway (would hang indefinitely).

    Hi Dan33290782o87a,

I understand how frustrating this must feel.

While we aren’t able to provide a full breakdown of credit usage, we can help investigate further if you share more information since we don't have access to your account.

    Please go to https://adobe.ly/4sBUWSL and:

    1. From the Your files tab, select All types and take a full screenshot of the files from this month.

    2. From the Generation history tab, also select All types and take a full screenshot for the same timeframe.

    3. Create a new folder from the Files page (option is in the top‑right corner).

    4. Add all the relevant files and generation history items to that folder.

    5. Share the link to the folder (use the three dots on the folder preview to generate the link).

Please note that this process will take some time, as we’ll need to manually review the data. Once we have the screenshots and folder link, we can look into your case more thoroughly.
