Facing Error with my CC Pro subscription

I am facing some sort of glitch issue with my CC pro subscription.
I had free 3 months membership coupon which was avaialble with my Laptop when I bought it but I had to fill the card details in payments section.
Later I tried to cancel the subsciption but It could not happen due erros i was getting throughout on home page "Plan information unavailable".
Last month I though I should by new subscription and hoped I would get option to cancel existing one but now I am unable to use Firefly because it shows a blank screen when I click the icon and go to new tab of Firefly and Plan information, Invoice and activated device etc is still missing since i can not see the details.
I have tried the "Adobe Virtual assistant" fetures to solve this but was unable to figure out and tried the Phone number "800-833-6687" also they have provided "other method to contact" but it's not avaialble.
Yesterday, I randamoly thought and tried to login Adobe CC in my Phone's browser and it showed the Plan details :
Two Adobe CC Pro subscription running and showed Payment details missing in the existing subscription. I filled it and It showed las month's payment was missing and I paid that.
Now If I do cancel the either of plan then I have to pay 40% of yearly plan's fee that it very high.
I still can't use Firefly generation feature and can see the plan details on my laptop's browser.
I thought, I could benfit myself by taking advanted of Offers Adobe is giving these days but Now I stuck with 2 Plans and paying higher fee without using it propely.
Please someone help or share any contact details of Adobe customer care (A real person not virtual assistant).
