failed Firefly generation

Hi, I had a failed Firefly generation that deducted credits even though no output was produced. 

The failure happened on within the last 7 days, and it deducted about 400 credits.
 
Please review the job in my generation history and restore the credits that were incorrectly deducted. 
This was a failed generation with no usable output.

Hello @mindcrank1,

Thank you for your message. 

We cannot help with credits here. This is a user to user support forum. We have no access to your accounts.

 

However, a recent change will now result in credits automatically being re-added back to your account after a generation failure.  They are still deducted when you press the generate button, but if the generation fails, they are re-added. That might not be instantaneous.
