Falla al ingresar a la web de Adobe Firefly

al querer ingresar a las opciones avanzadas donde se puede ver el resultado de la generación, la web falla y no te deja avanzar. No importa si estas desde el navegador o desde la app de android, la falla salta igual

We've actually seen similar behavior happen with other users recently. It seems like this error might be triggered when the prompt length exceeds a certain limit, which is approximately 1000 characters.

Could you try reducing the length of your prompt to keep it under 1000 characters? That might allow the generation to process correctly and take you to the results page without throwing the error.

Let us know if this does the trick or if you're still running into the same issue, we’ll be happy to dig deeper if needed.

no estaba en video, me encotraba para ingresar desde la pagina web de firefly al generador avanzado de imagenes, el cual hace mas de 10 dias viene fallando y no te deja ingresar con normalidad. No tiene nada que ver la potencia de la computadora o dispositivo que este usando ya que uso el generador desde firefly.adobe.com y la conexion a internet me funciona perfecto ya que lightroom classic si puede usar el relleno generativo con firefly sin demoras
