Firefly

Bonjour,

Cordialement,

Hi @imageazur,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us. I understand how important AI tools have become in creative workflows and how the credit model for Firefly may feel limiting, especially when you are already a Creative Cloud subscriber. We truly appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns. Upon checking, I can confirm that you have an active Individual Photography plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. This plan includes access to Firefly’s generative AI features and provides a monthly allocation of 100 generative credits.

I understand your concerns, and I’d like to clarify how Firefly integrates with Creative Cloud subscriptions. Firefly is built directly into applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Express, and Creative Cloud subscribers receive a monthly credit allowance that can be used for:

• Generative Fill
• Generative Expand
• Text to Image
• Text Effects
• Structure Reference and Style Reference
• Vector generation in Illustrator
• And additional Firefly-powered features as they continue to roll out

These credits allow you to take advantage of Firefly’s AI capabilities without requiring a separate subscription. We continue to expand functionality, refine performance, and introduce new features to support a wide range of creative workflows.

Because Firefly processes content through cloud-based, commercially safe AI systems, the credit model helps ensure consistent quality, reliable performance, and fair usage across the global Creative Cloud customer base.

That said, we sincerely appreciate your feedback. Insights from professionals like yourself are important, and we regularly share this input with our product and licensing teams as we evaluate how Firefly can best support evolving creative needs.

If you have additional questions or specific workflow concerns, please feel free to let us know.

Regards,
^AN
