firefly.adobe.com: The video creation section, Veo 3.1 fast, the first and last frame feature is not working. It keeps giving errors. Even though we upload the first and last frames, when creating the video, it gives the error, "A problem occurred
Please try again later." Please fix this urgently.

@Gokhan5E90, I hear your frustration and I understand why this feels limiting.

The restriction around children or minors in Firefly video generation is simply a blanket rule built into the system. The model doesn’t evaluate each image or prompt individually for ethical concerns; instead, it applies broad safeguards to avoid any risk of misuse.

That means even if your prompt is positive and respectful, the system will still block it if it detects references to children. I know that can feel unfair, but it’s simply how the guidelines are enforced right now.

if you wish, I can suggest some alternative prompt wording that captures the spirit of Eid al‑Fitr celebrations without triggering the restriction?

let me know, we’re here to help.

    Hi Gokhan5E90,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention,

I ran a quick test by uploading the first and last frames to Veo 3.1 Fast, and they worked fine on my end. To better understand what’s happening for you, could you share a screenshot of the error you’re seeing and attach the first and last frames you’re working with?

These details will helps narrow down the issue.

There's no problem with the video itself, because I'm trying different videos and prompts. It hasn't produced any videos for the past three or four days.

Red balloons sway gently. The camera slowly moves forward in a cinematic fashion. A little girl walks into the frame from the background. She is wearing a pink dress. She cheerfully approaches the camera. She raises a red candy in her hand and shows it to the camera. The camera zooms slightly in on the candy. The balloons move slightly. There is no explicit movement or speech. But there might be a smile. The sunlight is warm and cinematic, with a commercial aesthetic, shallow depth of field, natural motion, and 4K resolution.
