Firefly Board Contents Disappeared Between Sessions

Hello,

I appear to have lost a substantial amount of progress on a Firefly Board between sessions.

Throughout the day, the newly added content appeared to save and upload successfully. I was also able to view the updated board later when I returned to it. However, when I opened the board in a new window during a subsequent session, several sections of the board, uploaded items, and written notes were missing.

Is there any way to recover an earlier saved version of the board, or any recommended fail-safe or version-history feature I should use to prevent this from happening again?

      To help us get to the bottom of what's happening, please let us know of the following:

      1. does this happen if you try the board in an incognito/private window or a different browser?
      2. Is there any chance your Creative Cloud storage is close to its limit? 
      3. Could you please select the right access for the board link to be able to get to the content. Here’s how to do it: 
        • Click Share on your Board
        • Go to Settings
        • Select “Anyone with the link”
        • Recipient act as should be “Editor”
        • If you’d prefer not to share it publicly, you can also send the link via direct message (DM) instead.
