Firefly Board is stuck at black screen. When i try to add asset it won't load. This is my first time trying it out and it doesn't work. Any idea how to fix ? I'm using firefly on chrome

I’m also having this issue! It works when I go onto safari, but chrome isn’t working at all.

Thanks for sharing the details. Sorry you’re running into this, especially on your first try with Firefly.

A few things that would help us narrow this down:

• How long has the generation been loading? Is it staying on the black screen indefinitely?

• Could you check your Generation History and see if the asset appears there or shows as completed?

• What operating system are you using?

Since you’ve already tried incognito, restarting your computer, and another browser, could you also try doing a force reload of the Firefly page by holding Shift while clicking the browser’s Reload button?

If that doesn’t help, you can also try accessing Firefly’s Text to Image page directly and see if the issue persists there.

As another step, since you’re using Chrome, could you try a hard refresh of the page and clear the cookies/cache for Firefly? After that, sign back in and check if the issue persists.

Let us know what you find, especially what you see in Generation History and which OS you’re using, and we can take it from there.
