Firefly Board Issue

I love the boards for visualizing  generative AI projects, but I encountered a significant issue today. 

I duplicated a board and tried to replace the content while retaining titles and layout. This worked for files on my device and older content from my Firefly history, but when I tried to add a recently generated video, it failed repeatedly. The added video appeared on the artboard while hovering/placing it but then just disappeared when I let go. I had already cleared all of the previous images and video from the originial board, so there was plently of blank space. I also tried creating a new board, but that didn't work either.  Issue exists using either Chrome or Safari.

Another reason to use the boards—the Topaz upscaling button. I don't see this option elsewhere, but perhaps I'm not looking in the right place.
